Dana Pittman, President

Ms. Pittman is the founder of Sustainable Floors, Inc. She has proven success in consulting government and commercial agencies to move toward stronger sustainable solutions regards to their flooring investments. She is passionate about developing small business, team work and helping others along the way. Ms. Pittman has 17-years military experience and a degree from Beacon University.

Richard E. Walter, Vice President

Mr. Walter is the owner and CEO of R.E.Walter & Associates, LLC a business management consulting firm in Olympia. He has been active in the community serving in various board capacities for the Olympia-Thurston County Chamber of Commerce; the Thurston County Economic Development Council, and many other charitable organizations. His prior work experiences include numerous executive and management assignments with Xerox Corporation and GT&E. Currently, he is Vice Chair and voting member representing private industry on the Governor’s State Emergency Management Council. Dick is also a member of the Washington State Citizens’ Commission on Salaries for Elected Officials.

Dr. Richard Lutz, Secretary

As a consultant and educator, Dr. Lutz has instructed business leaders, professional peers, university level, community college, and grades 6 through 12. Teaching, coaching, leading, and planning have provided him with knowledge and skills that he uses in helping individuals to achieve their professional goals and businesses to maximize their potential. He has earned his bachelors, masters, and doctorate. The driving force behind his career is outcome-based life-long learning.

Dan Seydel, Chairman & Founder

Mr. Seydel is the principal of Platinum Group, LLC and the founder of Entrepreneurial Institute of Washington. His specialties include outreach, inclusion, and technical assistance of small businesses including disadvantaged businesses, minority owned businesses, veterans and service disabled veterans particularly in the construction arena. He is a former general contractor and has served on numerous boards in his career including Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington, State of Washington Capital Projects Advisory Review Board (CPARB) Small Business Task Force (SBTF), the Washington Chapter of the National Association of Minority Contractors, and the Association of Washington Businesses.
